Tech Republic Pakistan

Ordering products online in Pakistan was and is always associated with uncertainty and risks. Supply is limited, products are overpriced and good customer after sales support is practically inexistent.

Tech Republic PK was founded in 2021 by three university friends with a mission to solve these challenges. Our start in Pakistani market was with a small inventory and by selling to individuals online via facebook and other similar markets we gained stable customer base, were able to understand the challenges in the market up close and in the process were able to create a network of good and reliable suppliers.

In 2024 we launched our online store and entered the next phase of our mission to provide customers with seamless online shopping experience. Now anyone in Pakistan can purchase premium products online with affordable prices and never have to worry about quality of products as each piece is quality controlled before being shipped.

We always prioritise quality over quantity and are there for our customers when they need our support.

Premium Quality Products

We only sell premium products and always perform quality control before shipping them to the customer. We avoid selling cheap products and this usually result in inferior products and unsatisfactory customers. When our customers buy something from it should work as intended and should last long.

Affordable Prices

We are constantly improving our supply chain network and also making the company processes efficient so all the savings can be passed on to the final customer. By automating our selling process we have drastically reduced our cost overhead associated with each sale and hence require less people to fullfill the order. This means less mistakes and less expenses and each of our customer can take advantage of this.

Good Customer Support

It does not end once the product is delivered and unintended issues can always arise. We do provide a minimum 7 day warranty on each product but are always there for support in an event problems come after this period. If required we also offer extended warranty of 6 months at an additional cost and repair services.

Returns & Exchange

Exchange:

You can exchange any product purchased from Techrepublic.pk within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.

To raise a dispute, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team via email at hello@checkingmysite.com or by calling 0348-2393716. Each dispute will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to find a fair resolution for both parties.

For damaged items, it is essential to provide an unboxing video as evidence. Please email the video to hello@checkingmysite.com within 7 days of purchase to initiate the replacement process.

Returns:

If a product received does not match the description on our website, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange the order. To initiate a return, the product(s) must be undamaged, unopened, and returned with all packaging materials and documentation.

WARRANTY DETAILS

  • To claim a warranty issue, please reach out to us using the contact information provided on our website.
  • Defective or faulty products under warranty are sent to the distributor or vendor for repair, refund, or replacement based on their warranty policies.
  • Warranty claims will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, incorrectly installed, or subjected to abuse.
  • Replacing faulty equipment is done after the official service agent confirms the warranty issue.
  • The warranty process usually takes up to 20 working days to complete.
  • Warranty eligibility applies only to products with warranty information mentioned on the product page.
  • Products without warranty information are not covered.
